Many a viewer and potential broadcasters have asked me to email my setup. Rather than send out individual relplies here is an overview of my setup. This setup is probably to the lower end of extreme but it works.

Computer:
Dell Optiplex GX280 SFF which can be seen here and the Ram has been bumped to 1GB

Cameras:
2 x Logitech Webcam Pro 9000
3 x Logitech Webcam C200
1 x Logitech Quick Cam Zoom (old)

Software:
Logitech camera software as suplied
Adobe Flash Media Live Encoder for broadcasting in HQ (free)
WebCammax Pro ($$) for the titles overlays and special affects, the free alternative is ManyCam
H264 Plugin to enable braodcast to iPhone/iPad/IiTouch ($$$)

Other Bits:
USB Extension adaptor (allows USB device to be 150ft from computer)
Patience and a sense of humour :)
